The “@ Risk” training seminars and courses introduces managers, supervisors, and business owners to the principles of risk management while applying risk mitigation practices to specific activities.
To launch the series we have now opened registration for the Risk Mitigation at Heights and in Confined Spaces For Facility Managers Seminar. This training will be offered in a full-day format, combining Height Safety and Confined Space theory, as well as a 4-hour format dealing with each separately.
These unique PRM seminars introduce attendees to the risks associated with working in confined spaces and at height while developing an awareness of typical and appropriate controls and systems.
Participants learn through a combination of in-class lectures supplemented by case studies where the student participates in the identification of hazards, assesses the
risk and detail controls to mitigate the risk.
Participants are encouraged to provide real-life examples from their workplace to discuss as a group. This seminar will suit employees with limited or no previous experience in risk mitigation, height safety, or confined space.
